PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
ORDERS
All orders placed through this site are subject to acceptance and availability of the items ordered.
Many of the items offered for sale on RVSUPERSTORECANADA.CA are in stock but others are available, usually within 24-48 hours, from our many suppliers. If it is learned that an item is not immediately available from a supplier(s), the customer will be immediately contacted with details and given the option to cancel all or part of their order.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
Once a customer has placed an order, the customer will receive an email acknowledging the details of the order. This email is NOT an acceptance of the order, just a confirmation that RVSUPERSTORECANADA.CA has received it.
The customer will not be able to cancel an order once that order has been placed. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the order is correct before placing that order.
Acceptance of the order and completion of the contract between you and RVSUPERSTORECANADA.CA will be effected when RVSUPERSTORECANADA.CA emails confirmation that the items ordered have been shipped. The sale contract is therefore concluded in British Columbia and the language of the contract is English.
RVSUPERSTORECANADA.CA reserves the right not to accept an order in the event that RVSUPERSTORECANADA.CA is unable to obtain authorization for payment, shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, the item ordered is out of stock or discontinued, or does not satisfy our quality control standards, or the customer does not meet the eligibility criteria set out within these Terms and Conditions.
RVSUPERSTORECANADA.CA may refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at RVSUPERSTORECANADA.CA sole discretion. RVSUPERSTORECANADA.CA will not be liable to a customer or to any third party by reason of RVSUPERSTORECANADA.CA withdrawing any merchandise from this site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on this site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
SHIPPING
We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-10 business days of the original order date. This is dependant upon the availability of the product(s) ordered. If there are any unforeseen delays, we will contact you immediately.
We will require a shipping address that will work with both Canada Post and common carrier deliveries. WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. We reserve the right to use the Carrier of our choice without notice or consent of the customer. If there are any unforeseen delays, we will contact you immediately.
Please note that the shipping calculator used during checkout provides an estimate based on weight only. It does not calculate for the dimensions of the shipment and therefore additional shipping charges may apply, especially for items with very large or unusual dimensions. In any case, we reserve the right to re-estimate the shipping cost at any time prior to shipment. If this occurs, you will be notified immediately of any additional shipping charges and will be given the opportunity to cancel your order.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
RETURNS (Damaged, faulty or not as ordered):
No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization (“RA”) number. To return an item which is faulty, damaged or not as ordered, you must make a request to RVSUPERSTORECANADA.CA by telephone or email within 48 hours of receiving the items. Upon review, RVSUPERSTORECANADA.CA will respond to the request via email with an RA number or with an explanation for the refusal of an RA request. Goods must be returned in unused condition and goods not as ordered must be in their original packaging. These returns will be shipped at the expense of RVSUPERSTORECANADA.CA. Products may not be returned more than 21 days from the date of original shipment.
Where products have been returned to RVSUPERSTORECANADA.CA and are in accordance with the Return Authorization, then RVSUPERSTORECANADA.CA shall in its sole discretion provide the customer with a replacement of the item at issue, a repair of the item at issue, a credit against future orders made by the customer, or a refund of the full purchase price of the item at issue.
Shipping is complementary on any replacement item.
PRODUCT NOT YET SHIPPED:
Many of our items special ordered from suppliers. Therefore, we are unable to cancel an order once the product has been sourced. Cancelling of an order prior to the order being shipped out to you will result in a 20% cancelling fee to cover the cost of returning the item to our vendor.
RETURNS (Other):
No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization (“RA”) number. To return an item the customer must make a request to RVSUPERSTORE.CA by telephone, email or fax within 7 days of receiving the items. The customer will then be provided with a Return Authorization (“RA”) number. Products may not be returned more than 21 days from the date of original shipment. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. A refund for the returned goods will be processed as soon as the product is received, inspected and it is determined that all parts are in their original condition and packaging.
RVSUPERSTORECANADA.CA will not accept any returns or exchanges of any ELECTRIC or PROPANE related items.
PRICING POLICY
Prices shown on this site are in Canadian Dollars and do not include applicable tax.
All prices are subject to change at any time.
Customers purchasing from outside of British Columbia will be responsible for the applicable sales tax in their province.
PRICING ERRORS
In the event that an RVSUPERSTORECANADA.CA product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, RVSUPERSTORECANADA.CA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. RVSUPERSTORECANADA.CA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, RVSUPERSTORECANADA.CA shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
DISCONTINUED ITEMS
RVSUPERSTORECANADA.CA makes every effort to ensure that all of our listed items are in stock or readily available for shipment from our suppliers. However, we are not always notified by our suppliers when an item has been discontinued. When an order is placed for an item and it is discovered that the item has been discontinued, we will remove the discontinued item from the order and notify the customer immediately. The item will also immediately be removed from the site.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on this site from time to time. Payment by credit card will be debited and cleared from the customer’s account upon shipment of an order by RVSUPERSTORECANADA.CA . The customer confirms that the credit card that is being used belongs to the customer or that the customer has been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit card to use it. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, RVSUPERSTORECANADA.CA will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
RVSUPERSTORECANADA.CA takes all reasonable care to make this site secure. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using a secure third party online payment gateway that encrypts the card details in a secure host environment. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions which the customer has initiated. RVSUPERSTORECANADA.CA does not store the customer’s credit card details on its systems, but only keeps the details returned from the third party online payment gateway such as name, transaction number and total transaction amount.
